The apartment is located in a private area with a garden and swimming pool for your exclusive use. It offers panoramic views over the Sado river estuary and the Tróia peninsula.  It is the ideal place to enjoy a few peaceful days with family or with a group of friends.

It has an area of 56 m2 laid out on one floor.  It consists of a living-dining room with kitchen area, master bedroom with double bed (160 x 200 cm), bedroom with bunk bed (90 x 200 cm), and bathroom with shower cabin. Possibility of installing an extra bed or a cot.

Access to the apartment and its private area from the car park is made through the garden by the main house, where the owner lives, you will have to use one flight of stairs. The owner respects your privacy and will only come if called.

Next to the main door of the apartment is the covered porch, equipped with a large table, chairs, and a vertical awning to keep out the afternoon sun, wind and rain.  It is the ideal place to have breakfast, dinner by candlelight, sit down to read a book, or let yourself be carried away by the calm sounds of the Natural Park, enjoy the bustle of birds and the breathtaking view of the Sado estuary. ..

Next to the covered porch there is a large covered terrace with horizontal awnings where you can place the sun loungers when you want to lay down in the shade, also equipped with wooden tables and chairs.

A few meters away, under the cool shade of an apricot tree, there is a sandbox with buckets, shovels, trucks, etc. A small beach that gives parents a lot of peaceful time.

The pool is for your EXCLUSIVE use. It is fresh water has 15 m2 and only 1 m. deep, where you can always take a refreshing dip.  It is equipped with a solar shower and is fenced.
